Robert White Named Chief Risk Officer of Customers Bank

WYOMISSING, PA--(Marketwired - April 13, 2015) - Robert White, Customers Bank's executive vice president, corporate development and Special Assets Group president, will assume additional responsibilities as chief risk officer for Customers Bank.

In his new role, he will oversee a combined Special Assets Group, Independent Loan Review and Enterprise Risk Management. He will report directly to Dan Rothermel, chair of the Board Risk Committee.

White joined the bank in November 2010 after assisting as a consultant for two FDIC-supported acquisitions by Customers Bank. White is responsible for Customers Bank's non-performing assets and the oversight, management and integration of FDIC-acquired portfolios.

Prior to joining Customers Bank, White founded and was president of RBW Financial, a strategic consulting firm specializing in loan review, credit workout, and due diligence analysis and valuation services. He lives in Schwenksville, Pa.
