The Rochester Police Department serves a population of approximately 214,000 in New York's third-largest city. "To police officers, timing and accuracy is critical. We need current, correct information to maximize an officer's time in the field and ensure their safety," said Rochester Police Captain Melvin Perez. "We were impressed with the system's advantages and the efficiencies gained and positive experiences of other agencies using FormStream."

To minimize costs, FormStream was integrated with Rochester's existing back-end systems. The software's flexibility and self-management characteristics will allow the department to customize forms and tailor the information flow to meet the agency's requirements today and adapt to changing demands in the future.
