Rock Candy Media Gets Critical Acclaim for Long Center Ad Campaign

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - Oct 15, 2013) - How do you make an advertisement stand out in a world where potential customers are more and more savvy to marketing strategies? Ask Austin-based Rock Candy Media. The content-driven design firm recently launched an ad campaign for client Austin Urology Institute that's created quite a splash.

The campaign is simple, but effective: a series of signs reminding viewers to mind their urological health are strategically placed over the urinals in the restrooms of the Long Center for the Performing Arts.

"Spending too much of the show in here?" quips one ad. "Prostate issues could be slowing your flow."

The ads will run for a year, with messages changing out quarterly.

"We've had a lot of inquiries about the signs," says Colin Acock, the interim development director for the Long Center. "Ushers and patrons have all commented on them, and are excited to see all the clever sayings to come later in the year. I'm very proud of our partnership and the buzz it's created."
