Rockex Limited and Enviropave International Ltd. Announce Results of Their Respective Shareholder Meetings

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA and TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 20, 2010) - Rockex Limited ("Rockex") and Enviropave International Ltd. ("Enviropave") are pleased to announce the results of the Rockex special meeting of shareholders and the Enviropave annual and special meeting of shareholders (collectively, the "Meetings"), which both were held on December 20, 2010. At the Meetings, the previously announced amalgamation involving Enviropave International Ltd., 1837427 Ontario Inc. and Rockex (the "Amalgamation") and matters relating to the Amalgamation were all approved by a 100% vote of shareholders present in person or by proxy at each of the respective Meetings. The Amalgamation is expected to close later this week following completion of a financing of up to $4,000,000.00 by Rockex. Immediately following the meeting of shareholders, Enviropave changed its name to Rockex Mining Corporation ("New Rockex") and effected a share consolidation on the basis of one share for each six shares issued and outstanding. The name change and share consolidation were conditions precedent to the Amalgamation. The shares of New Rockex have been conditionally approved for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange following the Amalgamation and satisfaction of certain conditions by New Rockex.
