VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - July 23, 2014) -

NOT FOR DISSEMINATION OR DISTRIBUTION IN THE UNITED STATES AND NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO UNITED STATES NEWSWIRE SERVICES

Rockhaven Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:RK) ("Rockhaven") announces that, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, it will amend the terms of 8,833,333 share purchase warrants issued as part of a private placement which closed on April 7, 2014. The original warrants are exercisable at $0.30 per share until April 7, 2015. Under the amended warrant terms, each warrantholder will receive a 0.1 share "bonus" for each warrant exercised on or before August 15, 2014.

The reason for the bonus is to allow Rockhaven to raise sufficient funds to complete an expanded 2014 exploration program. See July 15, 2014 and July 22, 2014 news releases for results received to date from Rockhaven's current 2014 drill program.
