TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 10, 2007) - Rockies Financial Corporation (the "Company")(TSX VENTURE:RKI) is pleased to announce that as of Monday, July 9th, 2007, the Company has commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange as it has completed its Qualifying Transaction with Sprylogics International Inc. ("Sprylogics"), a developer and provider of intelligence based solutions and services. It is expected that the Company will change its name to Sprylogics International Corp. if the requisite shareholder approval is received at its upcoming shareholder meeting.

Sprylogics, with its headquarters in Toronto, Canada, also wishes to announce that its first Financial Intelligence Centre, which is located in Israel, is now fully operational, staffed by 5 trained intelligence analysts and information specialists.

Sprylogics was founded in 2006 by recognized experts in the intelligence, financial fraud, terrorism and software fields. Sprylogics offers a range of intelligence and analytical products and services. Current clients include government anti-money laundering agencies in the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent, as well as the Investment Dealers Association of Canada.

Sprylogics's line of products includes its patent pending Analyst and Investigator software (a line of intelligent analytical workflow and case management tools) designed to assist in the collection, analysis, display and reporting of intelligence and information in government and regulatory agencies, financial institutions, academia and the private sector.

Sprylogics's IntegraDB solution is a unique and proprietary Market Integrity Database, which is being developed and populated by its Financial Intelligence Centers using an advanced version of its Investigator software. IntegraDB was developed as a result of over 20 years of intelligence and financial fraud experience by its co-founder, Avi Shachar, a former Lt. Col. with the Israeli Intelligence and the first Senior Intelligence Analyst of the Joint Securities Intelligence Unit that was formed by the Ontario Securities Commission and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in 2001 to combat organized criminal activity in the Canadian capital markets. IntegraDB uses unique algorithms, methodology, Social Network Analysis and display capabilities to discover and present social networks of companies and individuals involved in the North American capital markets and assists in identifying hidden and "non obvious" connections and associations. The tool adds a unique layer of due-diligence not offered by other financial information providers.

Other applications for our products and services include the legal, insurance, security and counter-terrorism sectors.
