RockYou Acquires PlayHaven From Science

Acquisition of Established App-Based Ad Network to Turbocharge RockYou's Expansion Into Mobile

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - May 6, 2015) - RockYou, a leading interactive media company, today announced it has acquired PlayHaven, a successful mobile ad network, from parent company Science. With RockYou already ranked in the Top 10 of comScore's Top 100 Video Properties on the web, the acquisition of PlayHaven will turbocharge its ongoing expansion into mobile.
