Rodedawg International Industries, Inc. Receives Purchase Order From Nicattler, S.A.

HAYWARD, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 1, 2006 -- Rodedawg International Industries, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RWGI) announced today that it has received a purchase order from Nicattler, S.A. in Nicaragua.

This represents a large opportunity for Rodedawg to capitalize and sell its off-road amphibious vehicles in the Latin American market. This initial purchase order of The Rodedawg amphibious off-road is the beginning of a successful new market in Latin America. This order is just the first step of Rodedawg entering the amphibious off-road market for 2007. Achievement of the minimum sales of all distribution Agreements and Letters of Intent in place within Latin America and Nigeria could bring over US$30 million to Rodedawg's overall sales for 2007.

Once Rodedawg has received the required deposit and letter of credit, the company will commence immediately to arrange for delivery of the order to Nicattler, S.A.
