Rodedawg's Soft Top Off-Road Amphibious Vehicle Targeted as the First to Be US Certified

HAYWARD, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 27, 2007 -- Rodedawg International Industries, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RWGI) (FRANKFURT: R2L) is pleased to announce that its Off-Road Amphibious vehicle is at the Plainfield, N.J. USA Certification Center undergoing testing for compliance with EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.

The Company agrees with CRS suggestion to implement an environment friendly and cost effective fuel to get the vehicle approved by EPA approximately within 60 days with the right events and resources in place and offer the first units for sale in the USA market.

The Rodedawg is currently available in three different configurations, truck, SUV and off-road soft top, with the soft top model being targeted as the first to undergo the compliances for the US market.

The Rodedawg, which is both land and water capable, is new to the civilian market, having been extensively and successfully used by the Chinese military for many years. The Rodedawg brings a new niche in the marketplace as a mass-produced amphibious, off-road 4x4 vehicle.

The Rodedawg's adaptability provides a wide range of usefulness in both work and recreational activities, e.g. a security vehicle patrolling and cruising the Rio Grande River bordering Mexico and the US or a land and water emergency rescue vehicle. There is an array of recreational uses of the Rodedawg for those who enjoy outdoor adventures, exploring, boating, rugged trails, hunting, fishing, etc.

"This amazing, adaptable vehicle does not have any real competition. A $70,000 boat will not perform on land, and a $120,000 vehicle like the 'Hummer H1' will not swim on water. The best news of all is the 'Rodedawg,' for some markets, will have a base price of about $49,500 plus import tax and other fees," stated Luis E. Pallais, CEO Rodedawg International Industries, Inc.

The company is also offering a new line of vehicles in 2007 to take full advantage of the Latin America automotive growing market. This new product line will be an addition to the already amphibious off-road vehicle. Some of the new Chinese-built vehicle line will include Commercial Trucks, Light Trucks, SUVs, Mini Vans and Commercial Transportation Buses.
