Rodizio Grill Set to Have First Ever Bacon Fest

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwired - Jan 6, 2014) - Cauliflower Bacon Soup, Beef, Turkey and Pork Parmesan Wrapped in Bacon, Bacon Infused Maple Syrup Rabanada, and Bacon Brittle Rodizio Crème are some of the items that will be served at Rodizio Grill's First Ever Bacon Fest. This month-long celebration will take place from January 1^st through January 31^st, 2014 and promises guests a Bacon rich menu in addition to their already extensive menu.

"We wanted to do something special for our guests this January to beat the winter blues, and what better way to beat this cold weather than with a fun bacon-infused menu," stated Eduardo "Duda" Goulart, Corporate Chef for Rodizio Grill. "This year's Bacon Fest menu is filled with some old favorites that have been enriched with Bacon and some new recipes that we are excited to put on our menu for our guests."

Rodizio Grill is a Brazilian style steakhouse, or Churrascaria, that first became popular in the southern parts of Brazil. The concept quickly made its way to other areas of Brazil, including São Paulo, Brazil where Founder Ivan Utrera originates from. Each table is presented with a wooden cue, which upon turning it to green, allows the guest to enjoy unlimited fire-grilled meats perfectly seasoned and carved tableside by Brazilian Gauchos.

Rodizio Grill's menu originates from cherished family recipes from Utrera's hometown and features unlimited appetizers, over 30 gourmet salads and a wide variety of homemade desserts that make for an unforgettable dining experience.
