Rogue Resources Appoints CFO

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 15, 2010) - Rogue Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RRS) (the "Company") is pleased to announce it has appointed Larry Johnson as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.

Mr. Johnson graduated from the University of British Columbia with a B.Sc. (Geology) and became a Chartered Accountant in 1975. He has been involved in mineral exploration as a field geologist and project manager across North America for diamonds and both precious and base metals. He has been employed as a Chief Financial Officer for several junior resource companies and is currently the CFO for four publicly listed TSX-V listed companies.

"Mr. Johnson brings a rare combination of skills to the Company as he not only has a BSc in Geology, but also practiced as a Chartered Accountant for over 20 years," comments Company President, Steve de Jong. "The appointment of Mr. Johnson further exhibits the new management team and Board's ongoing commitment to ensuring the Company has the resources and expertise required to continue to build upon and add value to its various projects."

The Company also announces that in order to focus resources on its key project it has revised its plans to acquire the Goose Lake, Kenogaming Central and Kenogaming South Extension properties and will be cancelling the acquisition of these properties. The Company has reviewed further properties and has terminated its options on the Kenogaming and Kenogaming South properties, as well as the Porphyry and Warden properties.

The Company also announces it has received the resignation of Stephen Pearce as CFO Director. The Board thanks Mr. Pearce for his many invaluable contributions to the Company as it progressed through a restructuring period and wishes him all the best on future endeavors.
