("Seminario") to sponsor the listing of Rokmaster's shares on the Lima Stock Exchange (the "BVL"). Seminario is Peru's largest independent brokerage firm as measured by assets under administration and volume traded on the BVL, and has over 30 years of experience in the Peruvian capital markets.
Seminario will work with Rokmaster to support the marketing process of Rokmaster's common shares in Peru as well as in Chile and Columbia and will provide all services required by the BVL and local regulatory authorities in Peru for the listing of the common shares on the BVL and the maintenance of the listing.
