Rokmaster Receives Drill Permit for Its Bodine North Project, British Columbia


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 13, 2012) - Rokmaster Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:RKR) ("Rokmaster") has been issued its British Columbia Mines Act permit for the exploration and diamond drilling of its Bodine North Project ("Bodine"), located approximately 210 km northwest of Fort Saint James and 150 km northeast of Smithers, in north-central British Columbia. Rokmaster has five drill targets within the permitted area. Exploration and drilling will commence in the spring of 2012.

The highlight of the 2012 exploration program will include:

  • 1,600 metres of diamond drilling on five drill ready targets. Planning and logistics for the drilling program are in progress, including compilation and integration of all exploration data.
  • Drill hole locations target Kutcho Creek style VMS deposits within the Sitlika rocks which underlie the project area.

About Bodine North

Rokmaster holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Bodine situated at the northeast end of Takla Lake within the Omineca Mining Division and the Takla First Nations traditional territory. It encompasses thirty nine (39) contiguous mineral claims comprising a total area of 140 square km. Bodine is a highly regarded early stage exploration property hosting a 30 km long prospective VMS belt located within central British Columbia's Sitlika Copper-Zinc belt.

Bodine geology correlates with the Kutcho Creek deposit area located approximately 275 km northwest of the Bodine. Kuthcho Creek has a *total resource of 10,441,161 tonnes with grades of 2.01% Cu, 3.19% Zn, 34.61 g/t Ag, and 0.37 g/t Au. Bodine felsic volcanic belt was last investigated by Amarc in 2009.
