MUNICH, GERMANY and BOSTON, MA--(Marketwire - Jul 6, 2012) - To further strengthen its Chemicals & Oil practice, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants has appointed Robert Henske, Vijay Sarathy and Jonathon Wright as new Partners in the firm's Boston office.

Robert C. Henske has 25 years of global strategy and business transformation consulting experience in the chemicals and related industries (including the commodity, specialty and fine chemicals markets). He started his career in new technology development and commercialization at Olin Corporation's specialty chemicals business. Prior to joining Roland Berger, he was Global Chemicals Practice Leader at an international consultancy and Senior Vice President at a leading US consulting firm. Henske studied Chemical Engineering at Yale University and holds an MBA in Strategy & Finance from the Harvard Business School.
Vijay Sarathy has more than 15 years' consulting experience in the chemicals industry, having worked for two leading firms in this sector. His consulting activities focus mainly on corporate and business unit strategy, mergers & acquisitions, post-merger integration, organization design, change management, cultural transformation and learning organization. After completing his Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering at the University of Madras (India) and his MBA in Marketing and Finance at the University of Calcutta (India), Sarathy held several positions in the chemicals industry before starting his consulting career.
Jonathon P. Wright has more than 22 years' experience at several leading international consulting firms. He has managed major strategy consulting projects for international corporations across several industries, including the oil & gas, utilities, chemicals and aerospace industries. Wright focuses on corporate strategy, major business redesign and restructuring and on product management processes. He holds a BA in Economics from the City of London Polytechnic and an MSc in Economics from the University of Reading.
