EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - June 17, 2011) - Between November 29, 2010, and December 14, 2010, Prepet Pty Ltd., a private company wholly-owned by Ron Prefontaine, a director of Ozcapital Ventures Inc. ("Ozcapital") acquired a total of 236,000 common shares of Ozcapital, representing approximately 2.4% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Ozcapital, by way of open market purchases on the TSX Venture Exchange. As a result, Prepet Pty Ltd. now holds 1,236,000 common shares, representing approximately 12.4% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Ozcapital. There are no other persons acting jointly or in concert with Prepet Pty Ltd. or Mr. Prefontaine.
Prepet Pty Ltd. effected the acquisition of the common shares for investment purposes. Prepet Pty Ltd. reserves the right to purchase additional securities of Ozcapital or to dispose of any securities of Ozcapital that it may own, from time to time.
