ROO Creates Wholly Owned ROO Europe to Extend Overseas Market Leadership

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 7, 2006 -- ROO (OTC BB: RGRP), one of the world's largest online broadcast networks and a global leader in online video solutions, today announced the expansion of their European presence including the opening of a new London office, the purchase of the remaining 24 percent of outstanding shares in ROO Media Europe Limited and the appointment of Max Moore as Vice President of Business Development Europe. Moore will oversee all European activities and growth from the London office, and build the number of ROO partners in Europe. Moore previously served as Vice President of Business Development & Partnership Solutions for MIVA (formally Espotting Media), where he joined as a founding management team member, pioneering the cost-per-click web search advertising model in Europe. Most recently, Moore was Vice President Business Development & Distribution for Cellectivity, a leading mobile e-commerce solutions provider in the UK.
