RoomLinX, Inc. Announces New Product Offering

RMLX to Offer In-Room Media and Entertainment System to Hotels; US Market Opportunity Believed to Be Approximately $4 Billion a Year

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - September 12, 2007) - RoomLinX, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RMLX), a leading provider of wireless and wired Internet solutions to the hospitality industry, announced today that it is entering into the In-Room Media and Entertainment market. Its vision is to provide premium applications for internet-based business and entertainment media to venues serving the visitor market such as Hotels, Resorts, Hospitals and Marinas.

The RoomLinX internet-based media and entertainment offering will include a broad range of content and features to satisfy the most demanding guests while maximizing revenue opportunities for the hotelier. The solution includes movies, gaming, international and US television, music and news; local travel and concierge information; and business productivity tools that include desktop applications, conferencing and printing applications.

RoomLinX believes it will generate revenue through:

         1.      Ongoing Connectivity Service and Support Contracts
         2.      Delivery of Content and Advertising
         3.      Delivery of Business and Entertainment applications
