Rosehaven Homes Holds Holiday Celebration in Oakville

Guests Experience Parisian-Inspired Brunch at The Randall Residences

OAKVILLE, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 17, 2014) - To celebrate the accomplishments of 2014 and the beginning of construction, Oakville-based residential development firm Rosehaven Homes held a Holiday Brunch for current and prospective residents, friends, and family of The Randall Residences.

Held at the sales centre and conceptual suite on Saturday December 6th, 2014, guests of the Randall Holiday Brunch were introduced to the refined way of life that future residents will enjoy. While classic holiday tunes played in the background, the crowd enjoyed Parisian-inspired delicacies: mini ham and cheese, spinach, and smoked salmon quiches, platters of cured meats, pâté, and artisan cheeses, shrimp, crab and lobster cocktails, and mini smoked salmon sandwiches on homemade potato brioche. Mimosas, fine teas and coffee were also on hand, and famed French macarons from Colette Grand Café were boxed in packages of 6 and tied with a Rosehaven ribbon as a takeaway gift for guests. The brunch was catered by esteemed King West restaurant and bakery Colette Grand Café, with valet parking provided by The Forest Hill Group.

The event was well received. Many prospective buyers showed interest and suite owners took the opportunity to greet future neighbours and enjoy the festive atmosphere. Notable guests included Marco and Silvio Guglietti of Rosehaven Homes, Randall Residences interior designer Ferris Rafauli and his brother Brad, Robert Klopot from The Forest Hill Group, Shane Mungal, President & CEO of Quintessentially Lifestyle, and Chase Hospitality Group's Steven Salm & Michael Steh.

More fantastic news was announced at the event: The Randall Residences was recently approved for additional south-facing balconies, with limited availability.

New and prospective buyers at The Randall Residences can expect benefits in a wide range of areas. The Randall is affiliated with various arts organizations, such as the Oakville Symphony, and residents will receive a three-month trial membership to the Oakville Club, which offers leisure experiences with the utmost sophistication. Daily conveniences will be found in the building's hotel-style concierge program, and anchor tenant Sotto Sotto will offer exquisite cuisine to residents and their visitors. Plans are in place to secure an on-site salon, spa, and personal trainer, as well as boutiques for the main floor retail space. One of the most extravagant Randall benefits is a complimentary one-year membership to the exclusive luxury concierge service Quintessentially Lifestyle, which will be granted at the time of deposit. Future residents can then access Quintessentially Lifestyle Managers round-the-clock, making the most of the Randall way of life before they even move in.

Located at the corner of Randall Street and Reynolds Road, The Randall Residences is a remarkable condominium development with just 36 elegant suites in Downtown Oakville. The building's classic, European-inspired architecture and interiors were designed in the Beaux-Arts tradition. Suites range from 1,800 to over 3,000 square feet, and feature grand rotunda foyers, wide gallery hallways, superb sight lines, gracefully proportioned principal rooms, dramatic 10 and 12-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and Juliet balconies.
