ROTI Names Three Winners of "Free ROTI for a Year" Contest

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - March 5, 2009) - FREE ROTI FOR A YEAR was awarded to THREE lucky winners today at Roti Mediterranean Grill (10 S. Riverside Drive). Elaine Ni, Paul Bulvan and Chris Mullins were selected as finalists in the contest held in conjunction with the restaurant's 2nd Anniversary. At noon today, the finalists expected just one of them to be named the winner. Instead, Roti decided to award the prize to all three contestants.

"We're all feeling the effects of the economy and wanted to do something extra nice for our customers," said Roti Founder, President and CEO Bill Post. "People are cutting back on eating out and we want to make it easier to enjoy fresh, flavorful food on a regular basis. In the end, we thought it would be fun to give the grand prize to all three finalists... and boy were they surprised!"
