Rotoblock Update on Intellectual Property

VANCOUVER, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 15, 2005 -- Due to numerous inquiries regarding the patent, we would like to clarify the current status of the patent and the future plans. The option to acquire the patent from the original inventor remains in good standing at a value of US$1.5 Million. The option expires on May 31, 2007. Rotoblock Inc. (OTC BB: ROTB) reserves the right to renegotiate the option before the due date. Rotoblock Inc. thus remains in possession of the Oscillating Piston Engine (OPE) technology. Rotoblock Inc. staff continues to develop and market the OPE as planned. Rotoblock Inc. is confident that the OPE engine prototype operation will commence by the end of the last quarter of 2005.
