Roundbox Adds Mobile Executive Jeffrey Belk to Advisory Board

Belk Brings Extensive Marketing Expertise and Industry Experience as Roundbox Delivers on Mobile Broadcast Vision

FLORHAM PARK, NJ--(Marketwire - March 24, 2008) - Roundbox, Inc., the leader in mobile broadcast software, today announced the appointment of Jeffrey Belk to the Roundbox Advisory Board. Belk's career has spanned more than 24 years in the wireless and personal computer industries. In his almost 14 years at industry leader Qualcomm Incorporated, Belk led marketing execution for several defining events for the wireless industry, from the launch of the first CDMA digital handsets through the growth of early mobile broadband networks. He most recently served as senior vice president, strategy and market development for Qualcomm. In this role, he had responsibility for industry-wide programs and initiatives designed to enhance partnerships and drive the adoption of Qualcomm products and technical innovations.

During his tenure at Qualcomm, Belk held numerous senior executive positions spanning business development, product marketing and corporate marketing and communications. In 1995 he was named to lead Qualcomm Consumer Products' marketing team responsible for initiating Qualcomm's global branding and marketing campaigns for the wireless industry's first CDMA digital handsets. In 1998, his role expanded to include overall responsibility for corporate marketing and communications as vice president of marketing for Qualcomm. Additionally, in 1999-2000, Belk served as senior vice president and general manager of Qualcomm Eudora Products, Qualcomm's award-winning email product line, and from 2000-2006 as senior vice president, global marketing.
