Recent research shows that companies with strong, well-aligned cultures are six times more successful than their competitors making managing and monitoring company culture vital to the overall performance of the organization. RoundPegg has defined a new culture management category and developed comprehensive analytics to help companies increase performance and productivity by measuring and maintaining culture.

During this series of interactive workshops, Dr. Natalie Baumgartner, chief psychologist and co-founder of RoundPegg, will join Tim Kuppler of The Culture Advantage to demonstrate how employers can better understand culture from the bottom up. Attendees will learn how to hire, develop and engage employees in alignment with the organizational culture, boosting performance and productivity and limiting workplace differences. In addition, these sessions will demonstrate the latest social and interactive tools that work to simplify culture management processes and improve the lives of leadership by saving the time spent dealing with personnel issues.

The in-person workshops will include a full day session focused on practical training and unique cultural challenges, such as how to implement change, improve engagement or integrate recently acquired cultures. The 90-minute interactive eWorkshop will offer similar training with a video case study and review of best practices.
