Royal Chemical Hires New Quality Assurance Manager

TWINSBURG, OH--(Marketwired - Jul 18, 2014) - Royal Chemical has announced the hiring of Barbara Berglund as its newest quality assurance manager. Berglund comes to Royal Chemical with more than 22 years of experience in the chemical industry.

In her new role, Berglund will manage and direct the Macedonia, Ohio, plant's Quality Assurance Laboratory and team, including quality assurance and control processes and programs. She will also develop, implement and administer quality standards and procedures, assuring productivity improvement and customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Royal Chemical, Berglund spent a year at AMRESCO LLC, as well as a year at Ben Venue Laboratories as a quality control manager. She was also the quality control manager for Jubilant HollisterStier Laboratories for 10 years. Berglund has a master's degree in chemistry from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and lives in North Royalton, Ohio.
