Royal Energy Obtains 3% Overriding Royalty Interest in Niobara County, Wyoming Oil & Gas Lease

Interest Encompasses 80 Mineral Acres to Be Developed by Black Diamond Minerals, LLC

BROOKLYN, NY--(Marketwire - March 3, 2011) - Royal Energy Resources, Inc. (OTCBB: ROYE) today announced that the Company has acquired a 3% overriding royalty interest in Niobara County, Wyoming. The interest encompasses 80 mineral acres and will be developed by Black Diamond Minerals, LLC, a Denver, Colorado-based company. Black Diamond operates more than 100 wells in Wyoming and Colorado focused on long lived oil and gas properties in the Rockies.

Royal recently announced it has acquired a 5% overriding royalty interest in Weston County, Wyoming. The overriding royalty interest encompasses 75 mineral acres, and the oil and gas production will be developed by Orion Energy Partners, L.P., a Denver, Colorado-based company. Recently, Orion Energy assigned its interest to Noble Energy, Inc., a public company.

Roth indicated that the company is aggressively pursuing additional oil and gas mineral rights acquisitions.
