Royal Petroleum Corp. Reports on Oil and Gas Lease Properties -- Company Completes Head Office Relocation to Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK--(Marketwire - March 26, 2008) - Royal Petroleum Corp. (PINKSHEETS: RYLP) (FRANKFURT: R7P) company president and CEO Edward Fitzgerald is pleased to provide shareholders with an update on the company's business activity to date.

Royal Petroleum has completed its Oil and Gas head office relocation to Muskogee, Oklahoma as of March 15, 2008.


Kouri Lease
--  160 acres, Rogers County, Ok.
--  two 500 ft. wells
--  expected production of 1/2 to 1 bbl of oil per day

McGill Lease
--  approx. 38 acres located in Rogers County, Ok.
--  gas well lease with 1 well drilled and cased (not complete)
--  after completion expected to produce 50-100 mcf natural gas per day
--  pipeline pending highway department completion of four lane highway
--  lease has potential to produce of 50 mcf per day

Sidwell Lease
--  80 acres located in Creek County, Ok.
--  5 wells (non producing)
--  wells requiring fracture treating
--  4 of wells are fully equipped
--  lease should produce minimum of 5 bbls oil per day after fracture

Fox Lease
--  80 acres located in Washington County, Ok.
--  three wells for oil production and one for water flood disposal
--  producing formation is the Bartlesville at approx. 1200 feet
--  tank battery complete with oil tank and separator
--  lease projected to produce 3-5 bbls of oil per day after fracture

Olson Lease
--  6 wells on location in Oklahoma
--  2 wells completed and pumping began as of March 18, 2008
--  company is waiting for all 6 wells to be complete for estimated
    production rates
--  additional 4 wells will require tubing, connecting lines, rods,
    downhole pumps, pump jacks
--  expected to produce 5 bbls per day once all 6 wells complete


Royal Petroleum Corp. is the operator of the Kouri, McGill, Sidwell, Fox and Olsen lease properties. Management is assessing and considering an additional 3 oil and gas lease properties in the Washington County for purchase.
