Royal Spring Water, Inc. Taps Tank LLC, One of the Top Beverage Marketing Firms in the Country to Lead the Rhythm™ Structured H2O U.S. Rollout

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - August 21, 2007) - Royal Spring Water Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RSPG) (the "Company"), a bottler and distributor of pure mineral water from the Artesian wells of the "Ogallala Aquifer" in Hereford, TX, proudly announces it has signed an agreement with Tank LLC, one of the top beverage marketing firms in the country, to build the U.S. distribution network for the patent-pending structured water product Rhythm™.

Rhythm™ Structured Water, is exclusively bottled by Royal Spring Water, Inc. Structured water is known to help improve cellular hydration. One of the best books ever written on this subject is "The Body's Many Cries for Water" by Dr. Batmangehelidj.

Dr Batmangehelidj's book states that when the body does not have good cellular hydration, "The body produces more cholesterol, there will be a build up of toxins in the cells, and there will be less fluid in the joints, leading to an increased potential for osteoporosis and joint disease in general."

Tank is an award-winning marketing and brokerage company that, over the past 20 years, has helped launch dozens of brands including Snapple, Java Water, and Malava Beverages.

"Tank has both the credentials and the connections not only to open up channels of distribution for Rhythm™, but they also have the unique ability to build a brand at the same time," says Alex Hazan, CEO/President and Chairman of the Board for RSW. "We have great confidence that Tank will take this product to the next level."

Tank's initial goals include establishing distribution channels into big box retailers while building a nationwide DSD network that services convenience stores as well as gyms, health food stores, spas and grocery.

"As the water market continues to grow, it becomes more and more difficult for consumers to differentiate among the myriad products on the market. We carefully choose who we agree to sign up with. We believe that Royal Spring Water has broken the mold with the effectiveness of their structured water Rhythm™," says Ray Maher, Tank's managing member. "With all the viruses and chemicals that surround us daily, many of us look for the next health product we can use to help keep our bodies healthier and stronger. At Tank we believe that Rhythm™ Structured Water can provide such benefits," added Mr. Maher.

RSW is uniquely positioned to become the structured water category leader. With a bottling facility at the well site, and a highly efficient method of structuring water, RSW is the first company in the U.S. to be able to produce enough product to blanket the U.S.
