Royal Wedding-Britain's Most Bizarre Street Party

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - April 26, 2011) - Prince William and Kate Middleton (played by lookalikes Simon Watkinson and Jodie Bredo) were caught in a wedding scare when they encountered a group of zombies preparing for a bizarre street party.

The zombies from the London Bridge Experience and London Tombs attraction were rehearsing for a zombie style street party to be held at the London scare attraction on 29 April.

Says general manager James Kislingbury, "Our Zombies are a patriotic lot so we decided to hold a street party to celebrate the Royal Wedding on 29 April. There are reportedly over 4000 street parties planned for the 29th, but I expect ours will be the most bizarre in the country."

Visitors to the London Bridge Experience and London Tombs on the Royal Wedding day will encounter the zombies celebrating with their own kind of street party, complete with bone-marrow jelly and brains ice-cream.

Editor's Notes

The London Bridge Experience is a historical yet hysterical experience. See, hear, feel, taste, even smell, what London Bridge was like over the ages. There are recreations of the past wooden, stone and medieval bridges, all of which include live characters in full regalia of the time.

Directly beneath The London Bridge Experience, are the infamous London Tombs. Using the latest in animatronics-motion technology, visitors are invited to mix history with hysteria down in the deep, dark depths of the tombs where hundreds of plague victims were once buried.

The London Bridge Experience, 2-4 Tooley street, London, SE1 2SY. Ticket hotline on 0844 847 2287. Open 7 days a week 10am-6pm.
