RPM & DuPure International Enter Business Relationship; DuPure Design Centers Will Carry RPM Dual Notification System

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - August 24, 2007) - NuTech, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NTCI), an emerging provider of innovative technology solutions for the security industry, announced today that DuPure International will carry RPM's dual notification security system in its homebuilder design centers throughout Houston, Texas.

DuPure International sells water purification products to new homebuyers through homebuilder design centers in the Houston metropolitan area. DuPure representatives will act as sales agents for RPM's dual notification alarm monitoring to be included in new homes. DuPure hopes to exceed its goal of 7,000 new contracts for the balance of 2007. At this time, DuPure has in excess of 20,000 customers that can be contacted and presented the opportunity to begin using RPM's dual notification alarm monitoring.

"The business relationship accelerates our initial market deployment strategy. Both companies have a vested interest in delivering their products to new home buyers, and RPM places a high value on sales centers to reach the public and roll-out our patent-pending dual notification alarm and monitoring service," stated B. Allen Fletcher, President and CEO of RPM.

In the coming year, the availability of RPM monitoring in new home design centers will double, creating twice the potential income and exposure. This offering is contract-based and offers residual income with substantial net profit margin. The DuPure initiative will expand to Austin and San Antonio before rolling into Arizona and Florida in 2008.

NuTech, Inc. has a 49% ownership interest in Resource Protection Management, LP (RPM), a security design and installation company with a patent-pending dual notification system.

Purifying Water and Providing Quality Service

At DuPure International, our passion for quality water is as strong today as it was the day we opened our doors for business. Years later, the importance of cleaner water and indoor air has driven the need to have two of our most precious natural resources made perfect again for human use. We understand this need and are committed to meeting it with the best products the industry has to offer, combined with the highest level of service possible. Home builders also recognize the need for their home owners to have convenient access to quality water. For that reason, they have chosen us to help purify the drinking water for each of their new home clients. We feel it is a true honor to have been selected by the building industry and sincerely value the relationships we've created with our home building partners.
