RS Hearing Panel to Consider Settlement Agreements Between RS and Margaret Alice Coleman and Judy Gail Koochin

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 24, 2006) - At 12:30 p.m. Mountain on Tuesday, April 4, an RS Hearing Panel will convene in Calgary at the offices of the TSX Venture Exchange, located on the 10th Floor at 300-5th Avenue SW, to consider settlement agreements between RS and Margaret Alice Coleman and Judy Gail Koochin of CIBC World Markets Inc. relating to alleged breaches of the just and equitable principles of trade. The Hearing is open to the public.

Coleman is a First Vice President (Trading Officer) at the Bow Valley branch of CIBC WM in Calgary. She is an officer of the firm as well as a registered representative. Koochin is an investment representative and Coleman's securities assistant at the same branch.

No details of the settlement agreement will be released prior to the April 4 hearing.

The RS Hearing Panel may accept or reject the settlement agreement. In the event the settlement agreement is accepted, the matter becomes final and there can be no appeal of the matter. In the event the settlement agreement is rejected, RS may proceed with a hearing of the matter before a differently constituted Hearing Panel.

The terms of the settlement, if accepted and approved by the Hearing Panel, and the disposition of this matter by the Hearing Panel will be published by RS as a Disciplinary Notice and in a news release.
