RS -- The World's Largest Electronic Component Distributor -- Moves to ICC.NET™

Internet Commerce Corporation's UK Distributor, Freshlook, Secures Another Major EDI Hub

NORCROSS, GA and LONDON -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 2, 2006 --Internet Commerce Corporation (ICC) (NASDAQ: ICCA), a leader in business-to-business e-commerce solutions, today announced that RS has become its latest UK Customer. ICC's UK Distributor, Freshlook Internet Commerce, handled the sale and completed the implementation.

All of the RS live EDI traffic is now carried by ICC's value-added network (VAN), ICC.NET. In addition, ICC's in-line, central data translation facilities are used to transform RS data files into the EDI message formats required by each of their trading partners. This eliminates the need for RS Components to continue to maintain and support their own in-house EDI translation and communications software.

Graham Davies from RS stated, "Our planned implementation of new Enterprise Business Systems prompted our investigation into a modern day alternative to the traditional EDI VAN services we had been utilising for many years. Our business is a 24x7 operation, and we required a totally reliable and responsive service that could match our own highly efficient business standards and needs.

"We were faced with the choice of either remapping all our EDI messages, a major task, or opting to outsource the whole process to a suitable third party. Ongoing support for the new mappings was also paramount in our choice of vendor, as was the ability to track our EDI messages on-line and in real time -- a facility not available to us with our previous EDI network supplier. After a lengthy and thorough investigation, it was finally decided to accept the proposal from Freshlook Internet Commerce, ICC's Distributor here in the UK.

"In addition to the operational benefits we are now receiving, we estimate that our annual EDI costs have also been significantly reduced as a direct result of our switch to ICC."
