Rubicon Furthers Leadership in Energy Efficiency and Green Construction Marketplace With Two Key Hires

HERNDON, VA--(Marketwire - Apr 12, 2011) - Rubicon Professional Services, a leading national provider of full-service energy management, consulting, engineering, and construction management for mission-critical facilities, today announced two key staff additions further enhancing its broad-based expertise in the energy efficiency and green construction marketplace. With a combined 20-plus years' experience in the construction marketplace, the new appointees will serve to further enhance Rubicon's broad service portfolio and unprecedented spectrum of construction management expertise.

Key to today's announcement is the hiring of Cary Travis Lusk as the company's newest Controller and Denni Land as Project Administrator. Both will serve to enhance the company's premier energy, consulting, engineering, and construction management services.

As the newest team member, Lusk is a hands-on CPA with more than 20 years of experience in audit, tax and financial management. Lusk brings to Rubicon a rich history of industry experience in construction, architecture and public accounting. Prior to Rubicon, Lusk served as a controller in the construction industry with companies with annual revenues up to $200 million responsible for financial operations and human resources.

Land joins Rubicon from Manhattan Construction Co., serving as a key contract administrator. While at Manhattan Construction, Land was responsible for the meticulous creation and maintenance of key contract documents, including agreements, bonds, insurance certificates, change orders and purchase orders. Land was also responsible for thorough tracking and maintenance of construction logs. Prior to Manhattan Construction, Land held a number of quality management and client services positions at such companies as Hardin Construction and J. Walter Thompson.
