Rudy Makes Appearance in the Same City Where He Became a Hero to Promote Beverage Now Being Sold at South Bend Chocolate Café

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - June 26, 2008) - Rudy Nutrition, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RUNU) is pleased to announce that Notre Dame Football legend and founder of Rudy Beverage Daniel "Rudy" Ruettiger made an appearance at South Bend Chocolate Café located nearby the College Football Hall of Fame in downtown South Bend, Indiana earlier this week. The café is the first retail outlet to stock their shelves with the healthy beverage in the South Bend area. The South Bend Chocolate Café (SBCC) has over 10 stores and cafes in the Midwest that serve lunch, specialty coffee and chocolate products.

The new relationship with the South Bend Chocolate Café represents the first of many made possible by Corner Wholesale, a distributor of products to convenience stores throughout northern Indiana and Southern Michigan. Corner Wholesale has already taken pre-orders for the next production run and anticipates several more relationships driven by market demand to be consummated in the near future.

Placement of the great tasting and nutritional beverage in the area was welcome and overdue as the café is located in an area where Rudy is a local hero known as the last player to be carried off the field at Notre Dame. The city of South Bend, Indiana is the very place that the "Dream Big. Never Quit" motto displayed on the outside of each beverage was born. At 22 years of age Daniel "Rudy" Ruettiger jumped on a bus and headed for South Bend with a the goal of meeting Notre Dame football coach, Ara Parseghian in hopes of playing for the team. His persistence in pursuing his dream of "playing for the Irish" eventually landed him a spot on the team as a walk on. The motivational speaker best known as the inspiration for the motion picture "Rudy" took the time to sign autographs and take pictures with local patrons.
