Rudy Verner Joins Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti

Experienced Litigator Recognized for Commercial Litigation and Appellate Work

BOULDER, CO--(Marketwire - Oct 7, 2011) - Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP (BHGR), Boulder County's largest local law firm, has announced that attorney Rudy Verner has joined the firm as an Associate.

Mr. Verner provides his experience in litigation and appeals to BHGR's commercial litigation and appellate practice groups. Prior to joining BHGR, Mr. Verner was with the Denver law firm of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP where he handled litigation and appeals. Before entering private practice, he served as a law clerk to Judge Timothy M. Tymkovich on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He also served as a law clerk for Judge Sandra I.
