Rugby Amends and Grants Incentive Stock Options

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 25, 2015) - Rugby Mining Limited ("Rugby" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RUG) reports that it has, subject to shareholder approval, amended the exercise price of an aggregate of 1,850,000 stock options with original exercise prices ranging from $0.18 to $0.41 to an exercise price of $0.10. These options are held by directors and officers of the Company and the amendment is subject to approval by shareholders and acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Company also reports that it has granted an aggregate of 1,305,000 stock options to consultants and employees with an exercise price of $0.10 and an aggregate of 700,000 stock options to directors and officers with an exercise price of $0.10.

The amendment and grant of stock options is designed to incentivize management and personnel while the Company continues to reduce corporate overhead through remuneration and expenditure cuts.
