Rugby Grants Replacement Incentive Stock Options

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Dec. 13, 2015) - Rugby Mining Limited ("Rugby" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RUG) reports that it has, subject to exchange approval, granted an aggregate of 800,000 stock options at an exercise price of $0.08 to directors and officers of the Company. Concurrently, the Company granted an aggregate of 620,000 incentive stock options at an exercise price of $0.08 to employees and consultants. All options granted expire in 5 years.

This grant replaces options that expired in early December, 2015 and is designed to incentivize management and personnel while the Company maintains minimal corporate overhead through ongoing remuneration and expenditure reductions.
