RUN! to Challenge Traditional Arthritis Drugs

HOUSTON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 9, 2006 --Nussentials Holdings Inc. (OTC: NSHG), a provider and distributor for wellness and nutritional products based primarily on stabilized rice bran, announced today the details of its breakthrough RUN! product that supports joint health and mobility. NSHG believes that RUN! could be positioned as a natural alternative to such traditional arthritis drugs as Pfizer's Celebrex, Bristol-Meyers Squibb's Orencia and Amgen's Enbrel.

There is growing need for effective solutions for arthritis. It continues to be the leading cause of disability in the United States. According to the Center for Disease Control, 49 million people have a self-reported, doctor-diagnosed arthritis. Nearly 70 million people experience some form of arthritis or chronic joint symptoms. The musculoskeletal market generated over $288 billion in sales in 2005.

"Our all-natural RUN! product is a powerful alternative to the traditional pharmaceutical arthritis drugs," says Michael Hluchanek, president of NSHG.

There are literally hundreds, if not thousands, of all-natural arthritis products in the market. What makes RUN! different is that its core ingredient is stabilized rice bran, one of the most potent and accessible sources of a complex mix of phytonutrients and antioxidants. In fact, at least 107 antioxidants have been identified so far. Stabilized rice bran is also rich in minerals such as magnesium and trace minerals that help in better absorption of calcium. According to a report published by the Alternative Medicine magazine, the most promising uses for stabilized rice bran include not just arthritis, but also cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

The active ingredients in RUN! include phytosterols such as beta-sitosterol which has been linked to an improved immune system. Gamma-oryzanol in RUN! enhances the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory response. Tocotrienols inhibit prostaglandin synthesis activity resulting in anti-inflammatory response. In addition to stabilized rice bran, RUN! contains other biologically active ingredients that are very well known for their anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic properties such as glucosamine derivatives, yucca root powder, MSM and grape seed extract.
