RuralCom Announces Roaming Agreement With AT&T Mobility

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Sept. 30, 2015) - RuralCom Corporation ("RuralCom"), a Canadian cellular carrier headquartered in Vancouver British Columbia ("BC") is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement with AT&T Mobility ("AT&T"). to provide extended Canadian roaming coverage for AT&T customers. Under the terms of the roaming agreement, AT&T customers will have access to RuralCom's HSPA+ network wherever it is deployed in Canada. RualCom's subscribers will also be provided roaming coverage on the AT&T Mobility network while traveling throughout the US.

RuralCom's Alaska Highway Network will provide coverage along the 1,685 km (1,047 mile) Alaska Highway, from Wonowon, BC to Beaver Creek, Yukon Territory ("YT") on the Alaska-Yukon border.

RuralCom's BC Coast Network will provide coverage along the BC Inside Passage Waterway, a busy marine corridor and the route of most Alaska bound cruise ships.
