GLEN ALLEN, VA and NASHVILLE, TN--(Marketwired - February 15, 2015) - Decisiv, Inc., the leading provider of Service Relationship Management (SRM) solutions for commercial assets, announced today here at the Technology & Maintenance Council Annual Meeting & Transportation Technology Exhibition, that Rush Truck Centers will integrate its RushCare communication management system with the Decisiv platform, providing information from more than 110 service locations across the country. Rush Truck Leasing locations will begin providing information to the same application later this year.

"We want to improve the service experience for all our customers by streamlining the communication process during service events," said Brian Mulshine, Director of Operations Technology and Innovation at Rush Enterprises. "By working with Decisiv, we can integrate our information with their platform and greatly enhance the value we provide to our mutual customers."

Rush Enterprises, Inc. owns and operates Rush Truck Centers, the largest network of heavy- and medium-duty truck dealerships in North America. Its more than 100 locations represent truck and bus manufacturers, including Peterbilt, International, Hino, Isuzu, Ford, Mitsubishi Fuso, IC Bus, Blue Bird and Collins. Rush Truck Leasing operates 40 Paclease and 26 Idealease commercial vehicle lease and rental franchises at locations across the country.

An API (Application Programming Interface) will allow the Decisiv platform and Rush's enterprise management applications to interact with each other and share data seamlessly and effectively. "This will facilitate communication and real time status updates for fleets using the Decisiv platform, keeping them up to the minute on the status of service work being performed at any of our locations across the country," added Mulshine.

"Working with Rush is another major milestone in our North American commercial asset service strategy," said Dick Hyatt, CEO of Decisiv. "Collaborations like this enable our fleet customers to track, manage and measure service events for all their asset brands across the U.S."
