Rusoro Mining Ltd.: Drilling Intersects 46 Metres of 6.01 g/t Gold at the Increible 6 Project

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 19, 2007) - Rusoro Mining Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:RML) is pleased to report the most recent results from the Increible 6 Project, located in Bolivar State, Venezuela. The Company continues to expand several mineralized zones at Increible 6 and drilling is currently being completed with four rigs.

Recent drilling expanded the gold mineralized zone first intersected in drill hole IEL-160 and reported in May of 2006 (123.5 metres grading 2.71 g/t Au). Diamond drill hole IC-07-346 is a 50 metre step out and intersected a mineralized zone approximately 125 metres in width. Results have been received for a 49 metre section which contained three zones of intense quartz veining with abundant visible gold. Weighted averages include:

Au g/t m from to
6.01 46.0 459.0 505.0 open
incl. 10.32 3.8 461.3 465.1
incl. 13.60 7.5 482.0 489.5
incl. 8.81 8.0 496.0 504.0
NOTES: 1) All thicknesses are core widths / true
widths estimated at 75-80%.
2) All weighted averages calculated using
uncut assays.

The potential of this extension of the known gold zone is demonstrated by the size of the Elisa/Ingrid Zone (4.7Mt @ 3.07 g/t for 465,000 ounces indicated and 4.9Mt @ 2.79 g/t containing 440,000 ounces inferred - ScottWilson Roscoe Postle, August 2006), directly above and west of this new high grade extension. This extension is of particular significance in that it confirms an increase in the width and grade of the structure at depth and the potential of the Elisa/Ingrid structure to host high-grade zones either between or connected to the existing surface deposits.

The remainder of the mineralized zone is currently being analysed and results will be released as they are received. Hole IC-07-346 is the deepest hole drilled to date on the Increible 6 Project and two other holes, IC-07-347 and IC-07-348 which are pending will further test the extension along strike.

Sample analyses have been conducted at SGS labs and Triad Labs located in El Dorado, Venezuela. All sample analyses were completed using industry standard practices, and standard samples, blanks and duplicate check samples were randomly inserted into the sample stream to ensure quality control. A review of the QA/QC results shows no significant bias and all results are considered highly reliable. Sample rejects for all drill samples are stored in Rusoro's secure facilities in Tumeremo, Venezuela, and will continue to be available for any further testing which may be required. All QA/QC is completed under the direction of G.F. Smith, P.Geo.
