Russell Breweries Inc. Announces Resignation of CFO

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - November 28, 2016) - Russell Breweries Inc. (TSX VENTURE: RB) (the "Company") advises that Kwong Choo has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company ("CFO"), effective November 28, 2016.

Benjamin Li Yu, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will act as the interim CFO.

The Company wishes to thank Kwong for his contribution and dedicated service over the past three years, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
