Russell Egypt Index Down 18.9% YTD

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - February 7, 2011) - The Egyptian equity market, as represented by the Russell Egypt Index, reflected a loss of 18.9% for 2011 through February 4.

For a wider view of equity markets in the region, the Russell MENA Index, which represents countries of the Middle East and North Africa, reflected a loss of 3.5% for the same period, and the Russell Global Index reflected a gain of 3.1%
