WALTHAM, MA--(Marketwire - July 12, 2010) - Enterprise Information Resources Inc. today announced that Rwiz®, an intuitive Oracle/PeopleSoft reporting tool, makes it easier for HR and IT to protect sensitive information as defined by the requirements of the Massachusetts Data Privacy Act - 201 CMR 17.
The Massachusetts law requires organizations to adopt strict policies and procedures to physically and electronically protect personal data. New features in Rwiz allow easy set up of automatic encryption of report results. The person creating the report can select an option that forces the person running and sharing the report to encrypt results. The encryption setting is flexible allowing the report creator to select the protection of all reports or specific reports.

Another feature allows the addition of a legal notice to reports. This feature can automatically pull the appropriate corporate legal disclaimer and post them in the footer section of each pdf page of a report or at the top of Excel output files. The legal notice(s) are configured at the system level making it easy to ensure that a standard legal disclaimer is applied to all output files containing sensitive data.
