WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwire - June 23, 2011) - The Concerned Shareholders of RX Exploration Inc. ("RX Exploration" or the "Company"), Bob Bannerman, Mike Gunsinger, Murray Nye and Max Polinsky (the "Concerned Shareholders"), take issue with the unnecessary expense that the Special Committee of the board of directors of the Company has incurred by needlessly hiring a second audit firm. The Concerned Shareholders are pleased to continue to receive strong support from shareholders with respect to the annual and special meeting of shareholders to be held on July 6, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. (EST).

Special Committee is Wasting the Company's Valuable Financial Resources.

Even though the Company has already retained a highly qualified and independent external auditor, the Special Committee has determined to hire another audit firm to review the books and records of the Company. The Concerned Shareholders believe this is a waste of shareholders' money and a transparent prelude to further the baseless allegations made by the Special Committee against the Concerned Shareholders. Instead, the Concerned Shareholders think that the Company's financial resources should be better utilized to continue production at the Drumlummon mine.

The Concerned Shareholders Continue to Receive Significant Shareholder Support.

"The Concerned Shareholders are continuing to receive strong support from shareholders who are frustrated with the actions of the Special Committee and its unnecessary expenditures. We are even more confident now that we will have the support of the majority of shareholders on July 6, 2011," stated Concerned Shareholder Bob Bannerman. "However, given the wasteful actions of the Special Committee, we strongly encourage shareholders to protect their investment and keep the proxies coming by voting your GOLD proxy today."

Shareholders are reminded to vote their GOLD proxy today to ensure that the wasteful and disruptive actions of the Special Committee do not prevent the Concerned Shareholders from implementing their plan which they believe will generate increases in revenues sooner and create greater value for shareholders.
