Rx Safes Announces Agreement for the Purchase of 10,000 Rx DrugSAFEs

HENDERSON, NV--(Marketwired - May 20, 2015) - Rx Safes, Inc. (OTC PINK: RXSF), the developer of patented fingerprint healthcare security products and secure prescription medicine lock-boxes, previously announced that it had engaged the services of a Grant Writer to assist in identifying and obtaining private, local, state and federal government grant funds to purchase units of its revolutionary flagship product, the Rx DrugSAFE. Demonstrating its commitment to successfully implement this program, the Company announced today that it has executed an MOU with Advocare Solutions, Inc., a Florida based organization dedicated to helping families prevent and treat drug and alcohol addiction, for the purchase of 10,000 units of the Company's Rx DrugSAFE product, at a purchase price of $1,000,000.

The funds for the purchase of the Rx DrugSAFE units are expected to come from a Grant that is being funded by the Broward County Human Services Department, Community Partnerships Division, to address substance abuse issues within the County. Rx Safes has prepared and will be submitting the grant proposal on behalf of Advocare on May 22^nd, the award will be made August 22^nd with funds available for disbursement on October 1, 2015. 

There are many local stakeholders expected to participate in this initiative including the Broward County Sheriff's Department. Advocare intends to provide the Rx DrugSAFE units to at-risk families throughout Broward County, in partnership with the Sheriff's Department, which is expected to host various Prescription Drug Awareness events throughout the year. The exact details of this collaboration will be announced once the Grant funds have been awarded.

This is just the first of many grants the Company has identified that are available for funding community based drug addiction awareness and prevention initiatives and we hope to file a minimum of 4 grant applications a quarter under this program alone.
