Ryan Gold Corp. Announces Exercise of Carlisle Put Right

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 5, 2013) - Ryan Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:RYG) ("Ryan Gold" or the "Company") announces that it has exercised its put right to transfer its 10% working interest in the Farley Lake property back to Carlisle Goldfields Limited ("Carlisle") in exchange for 10,000,000 common shares of Carlisle. Upon completion of the transaction, Ryan Gold will own an aggregate of 16,250,000 common shares and 3,125,000 purchase warrants of Carlisle. The transaction is expected to be completed on or about July 18, 2013.
