Ryan Partnership Adds Award-Winning Executive Creative Director Joanna Pena-Bickley

WILTON, CT--(Marketwire - Apr 24, 2012) - Ryan Partnership -- a leading integrated marketing agency and part of Hyper Marketing, Inc. (HMI) -- has hired award-winning creative Joanna Peña-Bickley as SVP, Executive Creative Director. Based in Wilton and reporting directly to President Mary Perry, Peña-Bickley will lead the creative vision for Ryan Partnership and its clients, which include Bacardi USA, Nestlé Waters, Energizer Personal Care and Mead.

Peña-Bickley brings 14 years of experience managing large and complex integrated marketing campaigns for clients including Pepsi, American Express, Land Rover, MTV, Jim Beam Brands, Diageo and Nokia. Most recently, she served as Chief Creative Officer at Substance New York, creating marketing innovations for brands like Sephora and United. Before Substance, Peña-Bickley held creative posts at Wunderman, TracyLocke, Digitas, BBG Worldwide and Organic.
