Saba Schedules Conference Call to Provide First Quarter Fiscal Year 2015 Business Update and Discuss Status of Restatement

REDWOOD SHORES, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 8, 2014) - Saba (OTCPink: SABA), a global leader in next-generation cloud solutions for talent management, today announced that it plans to provide a business update for its first quarter of fiscal year 2015, which ended August 31, 2014, and discuss the status of its ongoing efforts to restate certain historical financial results after the close of the market on Tuesday, September 30, 2014. 

As a result of the pending restatement, the Company is not yet in a position to report detailed financial results. The Company, however, intends to provide selected financial metrics for the first quarter of fiscal year 2015 that are not expected to be impacted by the restatement.
