Saddle Ranch Media Acquires Assets of America's Minority Health Networks

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Jul 19, 2016) - Saddle Ranch Media, Inc. (OTC PINK: SRMX) has announced its acquisition of the assets of America's Minority Health Networks for restricted common stock of the Company. These assets include the onsite locations that are currently showing content of this Point-of-Care Network in medical office waiting rooms, the content library, intellectual property, and the content library of The Spanish Language Medical Network.

The Company intends to operate this Digital Out-of-Home Network (DOOH) place-based medical waiting room network as part of the Company's Digital Division which includes libraries for KID CARE TV and Women's Healthcare TV Networks. The African American Medical Network (AAMN) will provide patient education information in a digital video format in the waiting rooms of medical practices serving patients and caregivers in America's African American communities. Revenue will be generated from advertisers utilizing ad space to communicate specific products to this audience.

AAMN will help to reduce disparities in racial and ethnic health care, and facilitate better outcomes, by:

• Raising public and provider awareness of disparities in care;
• Improving the capacity of providers in underserved communities; and
• Increasing the knowledge base on causes and interventions to reduce disparities.
