SAF-T-PAY CEO to Present Alternative e-Payment Solution at Florida Venture Capital Conference

BOCA RATON, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 5, 2007 -- At this year's Venture Capital Conference, SAF-T-PAY will be presenting their innovative e-payment solution that enables all online banking customers to make e-commerce purchases worldwide through their local bank. SAF-T-PAY's CEO, Manuel Montero, will be presenting on February 6 at 5:00 PM at the Boca Raton Resort and Club.

SAF-T-PAY is a non-card payment system designed to allow those people who would typically shy away from e-commerce transactions to buy online securely and confidently. It includes potential customers not using their cards for fear of fraud or identity theft, people worldwide without credit cards as well as international customers whose cards are not accepted for cross border purchases. It is estimated that this untapped target market amounts to over 200 million customers worldwide.

SAF-T-PAY's proprietary e-payment system capitalizes on the firm's growing relationships with banks and merchants, and allows customers to shop internationally. With SAF-T-PAY, customers do not provide any personal financial information to either the merchant or to SAF-T-PAY.

"This is wonderful opportunity for all of us at SAF-T-PAY to present our business to an audience that is aware of the potential of international e-commerce, as well as the problems and challenges of aggressive online e-commerce growth in the years to come," said Montero. "We are able to address the major concerns consumers and online merchants have with security, while also addressing the issue of limited global credit card penetration which impacts the growth of e-commerce. With SAF-T-PAY's growing banking and retailer relationships we are able to increase the global e-commerce market for customers and merchants alike."

Additionally, SAF-T-PAY will formally announce its new alliance with International Checkout, an international shipping and logistics company. This alliance brings some of the world's top brand merchants working with International Checkout together with SAF-T-PAY, who will handle the online e-payments for international consumers, while International Checkout handles the shipping and logistics.
