IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - Feb 22, 2013) - Sage North America today released the latest version of Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (formerly Sage Timberline Office), the construction industry's most widely used business management solution.

Designed specifically for construction companies, new and enhanced capabilities within Sage 300 better arm construction companies to address the complexity, risk and time demands involved with tracking and managing subcontractor and vendor compliance associated with lien waivers, insurance and certified reporting.
